Mental Health America is a non-profit organization that receives a portion of its funding through Sheboygan County United Way and United Fund organizations.  Gifts from interested people in the community also play an important role in ensuring that the work of the organization continues.  If you would like to be a Friend of Mental Health America, please print and complete the form below.  All friends receive the Mental Health Matters newsletter three times each year, invitations to special events, and voting privileges at the annual meeting.
