BridgePoint Health is offering a free six week support group for adults
recovering from major depression. There is a one page registration form that
needs to be filled out prior to the group starting. If you are interested please

Suicide Prevention Walk
Put on your walking shoes and join us
for a
Suicide Prevention Walk/Run and brat fry at Odyssey Fun Center in Sheboygan
Falls, on Saturday, September 20, 2008. Registration deadline is September
6th. There is a $25 registration fee. Pledges are encouraged but optional.
Students 18 & under there is a $15 registration fee. All proceeds will benefit
numerous organizations within Sheboygan County that work with suicide awareness
and prevention.

I Always Wanted to Know More
about....Yoga
Locally known yoga
instructor Bruce Van Dyke will offer a free, introductory session for those
interested in learning more about hatha yoga which is a holistic approach to
optimum health. Low impact yoga postures combined with breathing exercises
improve a person’s ability to relax and develop improved balance, strength, and
flexibility. Participants should wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing.

is a 72 page reference guide to Sheboygan County's area resources. The
resource list includes clinics, schools, counseling agencies, recreation,
volunteer opportunities, support groups, and other valuable resources to enhance
well-being. Copies are $10 each or $5 each for orders of 10 or more.

is a collection of favorite recipes of area mental health professionals.
Proceeds benefit Mental Health America's Emergency Medication
Account. The cookbooks are $15 each or two for
