We hope that the beginning of your week has gotten off to a great start. However, we know that Mondays can be rough. Many of you are probably starting to feel that mid-afternoon slump and work is starting to seem like a more daunting task. Are starting to feel tired? Foggy? Wishing it was still Sunday so you could take a nap?

Well, friends, you are not alone. It turns out that this "slump" is a sign that we are moving about our day just as we should - but that doesn't make it any easier. To help you get through the afternoon (and any afternoon from here on out), we are sharing an article featuring 5 tips to help you get over this bump and get you back on track. Our friends at Mindful Magazine keep this article short and sweet - perfect for anyone who needs a quick boost in energy and productivity.

Use these mindful breaks today, tomorrow, or save them for later. Adjust them to what might work within your own workplace. We know that no matter what, taking a mindful break in the day is helpful and can make all the difference when work seems overwhelming or our energy is drained or non-existent.

We wish you a happy, healthy, mindful, and productive week!

Be you. Be well. Be mindful.
